Have all crowdfunding machines been shipped? Where is my machine?

All crowdfunding backers from the US who have completed the shipping form confirming their address should have received their machines.

If you live in the US and have not received a machine, please contact us at support@bonaverde.com. It is possible that we have an outdated email address for you and therefore were not able to successfully email you the shipping confirmation form.

It is with some anxiety that we say some European backers and backers from the rest of the world may not have received their machines yet. We are sorry for making you wait for so long. We are also sorry for having made deadline promises we ultimately couldn't keep. As a startup and naive revolutionaries, we have learned a lot in this journey, we have learned - the hard way - that the path to changing coffee, to starting a sustainable business, logistics, product development -- the lot -- is way more complicated than we thought. But we know that in the path to growth we have to be humble and admit our mistakes and be transparent to our peers. After all we have shared this dream about changing coffee for more than 4 years. We still absolutely intend to fulfil our pledge to our backers, which does take time like all good things, so please note that we must act so as to ensure the continuity of our cause and our business, and ultimately not jeopardise the investment of all of our backers.

If you live in Europe and have not received a machine, we will keep you updated about your machine through your registered email address. Alternatively feel free to contact support@bonaverde.com for up-to-date status.

For the moment, we are sorry to say that due to operational miscalculations we haven't been able to fulfil all of EU orders yet. Unfortunately, we don't currently have sufficient machines of EU-specification and voltage from our first consignment in stock, and as such cannot yet promise a definite delivery date until we get the point where we can order our second shipment of machines.

If you do not live in the US or Europe we may not have been able to send your machine. Unfortunately, due to operational constraints and complexity, we could not get our machines certified under official approbation laws outside the US and EU, and thus are forbidden from sending products to other markets. But we are working on this by opening new distributors worldwide. Our distribution system is growing fast, with more distributors around the world signing on every day! Still, getting things up and running is going to take time. If you’re willing to wait just a little longer until distribution in your locality is up and running in your specific country, we’ll be happy to send you a machine as soon as that happens.

One more time, we are incredibly sorry, we realise the wait is long, and we are working had to get your machines to you as soon as we can! We are also setting up a website that you can track the updates by yourself so stay posted with future developments in our newsletter, or our social media channels.
